My Contribution To the Red Cross Society

The Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan was  a huge catastrophe and the damage done was devastating. Many lives were lost and hurt and pain from it all will leave an indelible mark in the lives of the people who lost their loved ones to this disaster.

I have many friends in Japan, friends made during my university days in the US. Our friendship bonds still strong after all these years. I thank God that they and their families are all safe and getting over this tragedy that hit their country.

I did my small part in contributing to the Red Cross Society, the only way I can, for the quake victims. I can only hope and pray that Japan will slowly but surely get back on her feet and that time will heal the trauma and hurt of those left behind.
