Just started my week of teaching. Some students improved over the holidays while some can do better. I have been asked many times how should one practice effectively.
Some students spend time and effort to practice, however they see little improvements. Shouldn't they be seeing results after having put in so much effort? It all boils down to how one practices.
I hope this video will help you to get over the stigma of practice and do more mindful practicing instead. Enjoy and apply it.
